Lucile C. Fogel

Lucile C. Fogel, age 92, of Milledgeville, Illinois died Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Mount Carroll, Illinois. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.lawjonesfuneralhome.com.

Lucile was born February 21, 1920, the daughter of Ernest and Rose (Meyer) Mohr in Preston, Iowa. She married Paul F. Fogel on January 25, 1940 in Preston. Lucile and Paul farmed in the Milledgeville area until retirement. They traveled and spent their winter months in Phoenix. Paul passed away December 20, 2000.

Lucile was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Milledgeville.

She will be dearly missed. by her daughter, Emalee Andre of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; a son, Joel (Suzanne) Fogel of Milledgeville; a sister, Lola Kling of Danville, Illinois; five grandchildren, Brian, Lisa, Dan, Michelle and Joel Jr., and three great-grandchildren, Mason, Lucile and Jordan.

Lucile was preceded in death by her husband, Paul; a son Alan Fogel in 2010; a grandson, David Fogel; two brothers, Arlo and Arnold Mohr; and her parents.

Michael N. Wurster

Michael N. “Mick” Wurster, age 50, of Hanover, Illinois died on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, Iowa City, Iowa. Cremation Rites have been accorded. A memorial service was held Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Hanover. Burial of his cremated remains was Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Lower York Cemetery, Thomson with Military Rites accorded by the Thomson American Legion Post Donald Ashpole #1025. A memorial fund has been established in Mick’s memory.

Clark Everett Nesbitt

Clark Everett Nesbitt, age 94, of Savanna, and previously of Rockford, Illinois died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at the Walnut Manor Nursing Nursing Home, Walnut, Illinois. A funeral service was held Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church, Savanna with a visitation one hour prior . A Masonic service was held at 9:30 a.m., prior to the visitation. Military rites were accorded by the Savanna V.F.W. post #2223.

Wesley Laird Bradley

Wesley Laird Bradley, age 82 of Savanna, Illinois, died on Sunday, December 30, 2012. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. Burial will took place in St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Savanna. A memorial fund has been established in Wesley’s memory.
