The Lanark Fire & Ambulance Dept. hosted an Open House for the community on Saturday, October 12, 2013. The fire station was full of children and adults who toured the facility on West Carroll St., and were treated to a hotdog lunch. They also received lots of goodies that included free cups, fireman helmets, stickers, coloring books, and of course, fire truck rides.
(Top) Ringing the fire truck bell was a fascinating experience for Nellie Onley, Kole Hauptman and Hunter Onley, who enjoyed the fire truck ride through town.
