Please come out and support the AVC National Art Honor Society Art Exhibit. This year’s exhibit is titled Escape and consists of approximately two dozen unique pieces. AVC NAHS members were encouraged to create artwork that represented the idea of Escape and how they defined that. This could be escaping reality, escaping high school, coping methods used for an escape, or something else entirely.
Art Work will be displayed at the Freeport Art Museum during December and then rotate through our local libraries starting in January. On Wednesday, December 11th, students will host a gallery opening at the Freeport Art Museum from 5pm-7pm. Please stop by! Any questions or comments, please contact chapter co-sponsor Irene Thraen-Borowski at firstname.lastname@example.org or 815-858-2203
Then make sure to stop in your local library to also check it out there.
