Eastland FFA is sponsoring a Benefit Breakfast on Saturday, February 28 at Eastland High School Cafeteria. The benefit will be for
Dylan Preston, who will be receiving a kidney transplant, and Josh Meador, who was in a car accident and is recuperating.
Breakfast will be served from 7 to 11 am. The menu will consist of pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, roll, and drink. Donations will be taken
at the door.
The FFA will also have a silent auction of numerous items. A list of items will be published in next week's Prairie Advocate News. If you would
like to donate items for the auction, you may call 815-493-6340 and leave a message.
Benefit For Troy Wilken
There will be a benefit held for Troy Wilken on Saturday February 28, 2009 at Jack's Bar & Grill in Forreston, IL. They will be serving
turkey, BBQ, chips and sides. There will be an auction, prizes and a DJ also.
Troy was involved in a motorcycle accident which almost left him paralyzed. Now medical bills are through the roof. Anyone wishing to make
