Promenschenkels Celebrate 50th

An Open House will be held to honor Cletes and Linda Promenschenkel as they celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Sunday September 25th from 1-5pm at the Carroll County Farm Bureau Building. Family and Friends welcome.

Dorothy Giedd, a former Lanark resident, celebrated her 89th birthday Monday Sept 5th. Joining her was her son Don, his wife Laura, their two daughters Cheri with her husband Allen Wickert and their two children Jacob and Mollee, and Christin with her daughter Chloe, all from Dixon.

Boehm’s Welcome New Daughter

Jeffrey and Deanna Boehm of Milledgeville, Illinois proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Raelin Dee, born on Tuesday, September 6, 2011. Raelin joins four siblings, Christien, Thane, Carol and Ainsley at home. Maternal grandparents are Karen and Chuck Tarpey of Milledgeville and Barb Young and the late Gene Young of Sterling, IL. Paternal grandparents are Carl and Virgene Boehm of Sterling.
