Ph.D. Awarded to Horner-Brackett

Dr.Rachel Horner-Brackett, received her PhD in Anthropology, on December 17th, 2011 at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa. She is the daughter of Mark and Michele Horner of Shannon. Granddaughter of Doris Horner of Shannon and Clare Yackle of Lake Carroll.

Rachel is the wife of Kelcey Brackett. They live in Muscatine, Iowa with their children, Arys and Dell.

Elisa and Ben Horner of Shannon, Illinois are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Isla Camilla Horner, born on Tuesday, December 27th, 2011.

Raina and Drew Wilkens of Sterling, Illinois are the proud parents of a new daughter, Harper Grace Wilkens, born on Tuesday, January 10, 2012.
